Armored Hoses
Armored Hoses have built-in wear-resistant steel rings. They are especially designed for harsh working conditions, such as conveying sharp and hard materials like coral reefs, weathered rocks, ore, etc. for which ordinary dredging hoses can not withstand for very long. Armored Hoses are suitable for conveying angular, hard and large particles.
Armored Hoses are widely used, mainly in supporting pipeline of dredgers or on the cutter ladder of the Cutter Suction Dredger(CSD). Armored hoses are one of the main products of CDSR.
Armored Hoses are suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from -20℃ to 60℃, and suitable for conveying mixtures of water(or seawater), silt, mud, clay and sand, ranging in specific gravity from 1.0 g/cm³ to 2.3 g/cm³, especially suitable for conveying gravel, flaky weathered rock and coral reefs.
Armored Floating Hose
Structure
An Armored Floating Hose is composed of lining, wear-resistant steel rings, reinforcing plies, flotation jacket, outer cover and hose fittings at both ends.

Application
The Armored Floating Hose is mainly applied in the floating pipeline connected to the stern of dredgers in dredging operating. Under normal circumstances, Armored Floating Hoses can be connected to form an independent floating pipeline which has good conveying capacity. The CDSR Armored Floating Hoses have been widely used in dredging operation sites in UAE, Qinzhou-China, Lianyungang-China and other places around the world.
Armored Suction and Discharge Hose
Structure and Material
An Armored Suction and Discharge Hoses are composed of lining, wear-resistant steel rings, reinforcing plies, outer cover and hose fittings(or sandwich flanges) at both ends. Usually the material of the wear-resistant steel ring is alloy steel.
Hose Types
Two fitting types are available for the Armored Suction and Discharge Hose, Steel Nipple Type, and Sandwich Flange Type.
Steel Nipple Type
Sandwich Flange Type
Compared with the Steel Nipple Type, the Sandwich Flange Type has better bending performance, and is more suitable for applications with limited installation space.

Application
Armored Suction and Discharge Hoses are mainly applied in conveying pipelines in dredging projects, apply to floating pipelines, underwater pipelines, water-land transition pipelines and onshore pipelines, they can be spaced connected with steel pipes, or can be used in multiple hoses connected together, convenient and durable. The CDSR Armored Suction and Discharge Hose was first applied in Sudan Port project in 2005, and later widely used in Qinzhou and Lianyungang and other dredging operation sites in China.

An Armored Expansion Joint is composed of lining, wear-resistant steel rings, reinforcing plies, outer cover and sandwich flanges at both ends.

Application
The Armored Expansion Joint is mainly applied in the pipelines on dredgers, mainly installed in the positions where shock absorption, sealing or expansion compensation is needed. It has good adaptability and its length can be customized.
There are special types of Armored Expansion Joint, such as reducing bore type, offset type, elbow type, etc. Customized types are also available.
